- We can be reached by phone on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 19:00h to 21:30h. This means when you want to call us. We try to be available then, but we have this webshop next to our main jobs. We therefore prefer to have contact via WhatsApp and email.

- We will respond to complaints received by email on working days within 24 hours. Should this unexpectedly fail due to pressure, we will answer them within 3 working days. If we can not resolve your complaint, you can contact the Disputes Committee Home Store via the website www.sgc.nl. If the reason for contacting is due to an order, we recommend that you keep the order number. When you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask them.
